Regulated and specialist work
Gas, electrical and asbestos related work is carried out by appropriately qualified and licensed specialists. We coordinate the work and remain your point of contact, but we do not carry it out ourselves unless the relevant certification is held.
Landlords are legally responsible for gas and electrical safety. Saying plainly who does that work builds more trust than implying you do everything.
