What to expect
Response times
Routine work is responded to within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Emergencies are dealt with at any time.
Call out charges
A flat call out charge of £65 covers the visit within a 15 mile radius. Beyond 15 miles, £1 per mile applies for each mile over the limit.
Emergency cover
Our office is open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 for general enquiries on 07884 535274. For genuine emergencies we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 07503 650431.
