KIWAMI Property Services and Management Ltd wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or screen magnification.

1. Using this website

You should be able to navigate the whole site using a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content. Page structure uses proper headings, so screen reader users can move through content section by section. The layout adapts to small screens and to increased text size, and you can zoom in without content being cut off.

2. How accessible this website is

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:

• You can zoom in and increase text size without content being cut off or overlapping.
• The site can be used with a keyboard alone and with a screen reader. Form fields are labelled so their names are announced correctly, images that carry meaning have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Animations are switched off for visitors who turn on reduce motion in their device settings.

3. Known limitations

We list the following openly rather than claim full conformance. Some buttons and labels use the brand gold colour, which does not meet the AA contrast ratio against white text; this is part of the brand identity and is under review. The interactive map on property pages relies on a third party service whose keyboard and screen reader support we do not control, so every property page also gives the address and directions in text. PDF documents such as EPC certificates come from third parties and may not be fully accessible, and we will provide that information in another format on request.

4. Reporting a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you need information from it in a different format such as large print, plain text or by phone, tell us the page and the problem. We will respond within 5 working days and provide the information in a format that works for you.

5. Technical information

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 level AA, except for the limitations listed above. It has been tested with keyboard navigation, automated contrast and structure checks, and at desktop, tablet and mobile screen widths. This statement was last reviewed on 24 September 2026.
